This blog follows my routine on how to become healthier, stronger, and faster!</description><title>Forever Fit</title><generator>Tumblr (3.0; @foreverfit)</generator><link>http://foreverfit.tumblr.com/</link><item><title>Photo</title><description>&lt;img src="http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m97wm76H721rsbxu4o1_500.png"/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;</description><link>http://foreverfit.tumblr.com/post/31860546134</link><guid>http://foreverfit.tumblr.com/post/31860546134</guid><pubDate>Wed, 19 Sep 2012 07:36:52 -0700</pubDate></item><item><title>Eating Clean</title><description>&lt;p&gt;There is a &lt;strong&gt;big difference&lt;/strong&gt; between dieting to lose weight and eating clean to get lean. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I think for a long time I&amp;#8217;ve tried to diet to lose weight not realizing that it&amp;#8217;s a bad BAD idea in my case because:&lt;br/&gt;         &lt;strong&gt;#1: I don&amp;#8217;t need to lose weight&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;         #2:I am a long distance runner (need actual energy to perform well during my workouts).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After much self-convincingI decided to start the Eating Clean deal along with tweaking my exercise routines. I will be focusing more on building muscle rather than losing overall body mass. &lt;br/&gt;Thescariest thing about all of this is the amount of food I actually have to eat&amp;#8230;&amp;#8230;.. and the fact that I have to eat every 2-3 hours. It&amp;#8217;sscary because is new and I have never ever done this before. If I have to look back and point out a moment in life when I was eating clean: &lt;strong&gt;ZERO&lt;/strong&gt;. I&amp;#8217;ve tried diets and abstaining from fast food as punishment. Even &lt;strong&gt;starving myself&lt;/strong&gt; from time to time in order to feel like I was actually going somewhere.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Did I get anywhere?&lt;/strong&gt;Nope.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am honestly still kinda lost with this new style, but we&amp;#8217;ll see how it goes. So far it&amp;#8217;s been two days and I have a headache from all the sugar withdrawals&amp;#8230;. I drink way too much sugary crap. MY GOODNESS. I know it&amp;#8217;s normal until my body levels off once again.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Other than that everything is fine.
