I got your name from your blog haha. First of all thank you so much for your blog I am totally following it now:)

Any tips? RUNNING! I love running because it’s therapeutic, cheap and challenging. It’s a discipline, but then again ANY discipline is good for you as long as you are committed to it. I think the most important thing for me in the “staying healthy” area is to truly love my body. I think once you learn about your body and what it needs what it doesn’t like and what it likes, you are able to make the best decisions to stay healthy. Also, being happy is really important. And I don’t mean to pretend you are a happy person, but to genuinely find the simplicity of joy and the joy in simplicity.
I think that this new project you are starting with your blog is going to be a really cool opportunity to focus more on staying healthy. Most people simply forget about health so they tend to make the wrong choices, but blogging and keeping track of your goals will always remind you just how important is to take care of your body.
