SPEED Workout!
M previous post describes what I accomplished today. I was about to give up in the second mile and just do two mile repeats instead of the scheduled three… DID NOT HAPPEN! I finished so strong, my legs hurt, and it feels so good GREAT! STAY POSITIVE AND GET OFF THE PC AND GO RUUUNNN:)

My momma is sick:(
My mother woke up today feeling sick and now she is in bed with the stomach flu… yikes! So since I didn’t have school today I am in charge of dinner and she asked me to make her a Chicken Noodle soup… NOW, you could ask me to cook complicated foods like clam chowder and heck I will knowck you off your seat..but simple, motherly stuff like chicken noodle soup… failure...

Waiting for my sister to share the joy of...
I just ate lunch with my mother and now I will probably take a look around tumblr and youtube to get pumped about today’s SPEED WORKOUT. Valentine's Day Special: From ME to ME

on the half or full marathon day, do you have to “sign-in” somewhere? like show your i.d. or tell someone your name? or do you just show up with your number and go when they shoot the gun? Don’t you just hate wehn you put things off? I am back on the trails. The long runs and all the beauty and pain that comes with it. So, lately, my stomach has been giving me problems and I feel so slow and sick at times.
