Today's Workout...
…was “cancelled” in caloric quantities thanks to two hot-dogs and fries…. YUCK, now I’m nauseous:(
I did 2x 800 meter repeats (at pace 8:25 & 8:10) with one mile of warmup and one of cooldown, followed by stretching. My knee is now bothering me, but wiht some ice and pain killers I will be okay.
I haven’t done speed in a whileeeeee! I will increase mileage...

my amazing runner-boyfriend who is now starting his freshman year in college as a VARSITY cross country runner in this college’s xc team (…I think I could’ve shortened that…w/e) told me the other day that is gonna be a WHILE until WE run together again… that broke my heart.
Why? Because he said that for the one reason that haunts my dreams: I am a slow runner...
