Winter Break Coaching:)
For the next two weeks I will be running/training with a high school XC/track runner. Today is Day #1.
Also, today is also the start of the marathon program/training deal. I will be running the OC Marathon on May 6th.
Ahhhhhhhhh, here I go world, I might just take over you;)

You know WHO just MADE my DAY?!
I did!
why? Because I ran 4.0 miles in 32 minutes, which is a pace of 8:00 minutes per mile. And I wasn’t even pushing it! OH MY GOODNESS…. what is up with me?! I am not supposed to be this fast this soon. 8.0 (plus 1.5) miles of HELL
I woke up feeling just a tad sore from yesterday’s gym sesh. Like I said, just a tad. So I headed out for my planned 8 miler. The weather was not helpful at all, typical California winter weather on a Saturday: 80-someting DRY degrees with DRY wind. It was a darn DRY run. My legs started to give up on me at mile 2. Haha. But heck, I had planned this so I was gonna run the whole darn thing.

Morning run (7.0 miles)
This morning I got up at 7:30AM and immediately headed out the door for the 7 miler I had prepared. I didn’t eat anything because I wanted it to be a slow and steady run. And it was! FRUSTRATED
I didn’t run today….WHY?! because my chem lab ended at 4:30PM when it usually ends at 3:45PM so that gives me just the exact time to run and eat and take a shower and leave for church…but NO, not today:( I am planning on running tomorrow in the break I get between Bio lab and lecture (3 hour break…). I gotta run, I am getting impatient.

Weekend Recap
Horrible. Enough said. Friday I had an awful headache that lasted until mid Saturday due to the sugar overload. Friday I ran 3.0 miles alone due to time constrain, blah!
